Read from and Write to the Brain

The research in NeuroControl Lab @ Zhejiang University lies in the interdisciplinary area of stochastic control, statistical learning, and neuroscience, focusing on the design of closed-loop brain-machine-interfaces (BMIs) to control various brain states. In particular, we work on modeling large-scale brain network dynamics, decoding various brain states from brain signals, and developing closed-loop systems to modulate brain states such as unconsciousness under anesthesia and neuropsychiatric states under major depression.

A brief introduction to the research interest of our lab can be found below or here.
